2. We will send you a brief email containing a link to your personal support session.
3. Click on the link to establish the session and we will do the rest!

Windows, Mac and Linux PC's are all supported. In many cases we will be able to resolve your problem immediately. If a solution cannot be achieved using Remote Support we will at least have a better understanding of what is required when we follow up with on-site support and will often be able to fix the problem more quickly as a result.

Pricing

One-off or occasional support

• A connection fee of $15 is charged for each support session
• The support session is charged at $60 per hour, or $1 per minute for shorter sessions
• (Minimum session 15 minutes)

Support contract

• A retainer of $3 per month is paid as an annual fee of $36
• No connection fee is charged
• Each support session is charged at $50 per hour, or $1 per minute for shorter sessions
• (Minimum session 15 minutes)
